本章开篇是关于宗教的辩论，宗教问题由来已久，禁是禁不完的，一旦转入地下，就回完成监管难题，所以朱元璋三教并举的宗教政策无疑十分正确。后面相马经也很精彩，要对付来自北方的威胁，没有强大的骑兵，只能防御或者击溃，难以全歼，在战略上十分被动。培养骑兵，战马先行，缇帅这是要建精骑灭奴了
